“似乎憂愁，卻是常常快樂的。”（《林後》6：10） 何時神命定了憂愁給你，喜樂保證必跟著而來。我們必須常有難處，常有谷；但也常在山上，常在復活的經歷裡。與神同行，必有山和谷。在憂愁（谷）中經歷的喜樂，那才是真正的快樂。
