我不知道在八福，我和我的一家能做什麼。但是，我來了，是天父把我安置在這裡的。這，已使我心滿意足了。現在，我知道，單單犧牲我的喜好，順服他的旨意，是不夠的。我還要喜悅他的旨意，讓他的喜好成為我的喜好（《箴》23：26）。他不要勉強的、不甘心的奉 獻，他要的是甘心的祭、喜樂的靈。他耐心地等著我心意更新，等著屬肉体的人，棄絕肉体的喜好，尋求屬靈的法則。他等我，實在等得太久了！
